  • Katharina, the Shrew - Baptista's elder daughter aged 25-40
  • Petruchio, suitor to Katharina - 25-45
  • Bianca, Katharina's younger sister - 18-25
  • Baptista, Father to Katharina's and Bianca - 50+
  • Gremio, elderly suitor to Bianca - 60+
  • Lucentio, suitor to Bianca - 18-30
  • Hortensio, suitor to Bianca - 40-50
  • Grumio, Petruchio's manservant - 30+
  • Tranio, Lucentio's manservant - 25+ (must be the same size as Lucentio because they swap clothes)
  • Biondello, Lucentio's servant - 18+
  • Vincentio, Lucentio's father - 50+
  • Widow, wooed by Hortensio - 30+
  • Pedant - 50+
  • Haberdasher - any age
  • Tailor - any age
  • Officer - 20+
  • Six servants, either sex. They who appear in both Baptista's house and Petruchio's house (where they have a little dialogue). They would have a different coloured garment to denote who's house they are in.
